Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: November 2026
1. Purpose
Dor de Paris is a private concierge: it designs, coordinates and accompanies. It does not sell trips or package holidays. Hotels, transport, restaurants and suppliers are booked in the client's name and paid directly by the client.
2. Quote and order
Every service is subject to a prior quote. The order is confirmed by accepting the quote and paying a 50% deposit. The balance is due before the stay.
3. Right of withdrawal
For a distance contract with a consumer, the client has a 14-day withdrawal period. If the client expressly asks for the service to start before the end of this period, they pay for the part already performed if they withdraw.
4. Cancellation
Subject to the right of withdrawal, the deposit is not refundable if the client cancels.
5. Changes
Two rounds of changes to the programme are included. Further rounds are charged.
6. Piece search and purchases
The fee for searching for a piece is due as soon as the piece is found and approved by the client, before the purchase.
Purchases are made from official boutiques only. Dor de Paris does not advance funds: the client pays the boutique, or transfers 100% of the price before the purchase.
7. Evenings
Evenings (« Paris by night ») are for adults only. Entry and tables depend on each venue's rules, with no guarantee of access.
8. Liability
Dor de Paris is not liable for third-party services (hotels, transport, restaurants, suppliers). If a problem arises, it first looks for a replacement solution.
9. Payment
Payment by bank transfer. Cash only within legal limits, with an invoice. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
